Vertical EPS Block Moulding Machine Introtuction:

 

1. Machinery Structure

A.The equipment is made by welded high-strength rectangular tubes and steel plates, processed with aging heat treatment to enable the machine has high strength;

 

B. All the mechanical modules are annealed and milled by gantry milling to remove internal stress which protect the machine from deformation and withstand the expansion forces from high-density products;

 

C, EPS block machine breathable plate made by mirror stainless steel plate and cut by laser, air permeability can reach 8% (can be designed as customer demand);

 

D. Adopts multiple exhaust valves control to reduce the steam pressure.

In this way, could produce block in low pressure environment and panel uniformity is high but low moisture content.

 

2. Steam Inlet And Exhaust System

A. Multi-gas slot inlet control is adopted to greatly improve the uniformity of the steam division and reduce the steam consumption;

B. Adopts multiple exhaust valves control to reduce the steam pressure.In this way, could produce block in low pressure environment and panel uniformity is high but low moisture content.

 

3. Automatic Control

A. Pressure sensors are used to control the panel bonding degree, it could reduces the inaccuracy and malfunction caused by previously used electrical contact gauges;

 

B. Feeding control adopts double feeding technology: vacuum feeding and air feeding, which greatly reduces the untight feeding probability.

 

C. The cooling method adopts three processes: fan cooling, vacuum cooling and fan plus vacuum cooling. Particularly, fan plus vacuum cooling can increase the cooling rate and prolong the service life of the vacuum pump.

 

D. The machine adopts Schneider PLC and touch screen to achieve full computer control and full automation cycle operation include the mold opening and closing, feeding, heating, insulation, vacuum cooling, demould and eject the finished product.

Optional:

A, Expansion pressure sensor directly detects the expansion of the board to reduce the cooling time;

 

B. The sieve type permeable plate can increase the air permeability to unify the panel bonding degree both inside and outside.
